9 BMX Pros, 9 Signature Colorways: Inside Vermillion's Rider Collab Program

Most eyewear brands pay a rider to show up in an ad. Vermillion built their entire lineup the other way around: every frame and every colourway was developed alongside the rider whose name is on it. Nine pros, nine signature colourways, two frame silhouettes. Here's the full roster and what went into each one.

The 9 Vermillion Signature Riders

1. Garrett Reynolds: Endy Black/Black

The most decorated street BMX rider in history. Reynolds holds the all-time X Games gold medal record across every athlete and discipline: 16 golds in BMX Street, medaling in 21 of 23 contests he entered. Five consecutive NORA Cup Street Rider of the Year awards. Founded Fiend BMX.

His colourway is exactly what you'd expect from the most precise rider in the sport: full matte black, no distractions, gold logo on the arm. The blacked-out Endy is the most minimal pair in the Vermillion range and the most worn. Reynolds didn't need it to say anything except that it works.

2. Nathan Williams: Endy Orange/Silver

Nathan Williams has been one of the best street riders on the planet for over a decade. He's won the NORA Cup for Street Rider of the Year multiple times, including in 2016, 2017, and 2020, and won the X Games Real Street gold in 2017. His video parts in Still United and Thirty are benchmarks for modern street riding.

His colourway is the loudest Endy in the range: orange frame, silver polarized lens. Williams has always had a bold visual identity in his riding, and his sig reflects that. The silver lens works well in direct sunlight and stands out immediately in footage. If the Reynolds sig is understated, the Williams sig is the opposite end of the dial.

3. Dennis Enarson: Endy Tortoise/Brown

Dennis Enarson is one of the most technically respected street and park riders of his generation. He runs his own podcast, Unclicked, interviewing pros and industry people every week, which tells you something about how connected and thoughtful he is about the BMX world beyond just riding.

His Endy is the warmest colourway in the range. Tortoise frame, brown polarized lens. It has a retro, lifestyle-first look that works as well off the bike as on. The brown lens is genuinely useful in variable light conditions, improving contrast on overcast days when darker lenses flatten everything out. A considered pick from a considered rider.

4. Dan Foley: Endy Green/Black

Dan Foley is a street and park rider known for a creative, unpredictable approach to riding that doesn't fit neatly into any one category. His Endy colourway is the one in the range that pushes the most colour into the frame itself: green frame, black lens. It's distinctive without being aggressive, and it photographs well in both indoor and outdoor environments.

5. Matty Cranmer: Mystic Grey/Red

Matty Cranmer is a well-rounded rider who has competed at major events across street and park formats. His collab is the first Mystic frame on this list. The Mystic is Vermillion's sportier silhouette: a slightly more angular profile compared to the rounder Endy. It sits a little more aggressive on the face, which suits riders with a more competition-focused approach.

The Grey/Red colourway lands in a sweet spot. Clean enough to wear anywhere, enough contrast in the red detail to stand out in an edit without being loud.

6. Corey Martinez: Mystic Blue/Blue

Corey Martinez is one of the most respected names in BMX, with a career that spans multiple eras and disciplines. He's known for a powerful, adaptable riding style that works across street, trails, and park. His Mystic colourway is a full blue setup: blue frame, blue polarized lens. Monochromatic like the Reynolds Endy but with much more colour. The blue/blue combination is one of the most eye-catching pairs in the range and still manages to look cohesive.

7. Ryan Williams: Mystic Black/Black

Ryan Williams, known as R-Willy, is an Australian rider who built his name through Nitro Circus and a string of world-first tricks across BMX and scooter. He has one of the biggest social followings in action sports and brings a different audience to the Vermillion roster than the traditional BMX contest circuit. His Mystic colourway mirrors the Reynolds Endy approach: full black, no distractions. The blacked-out Mystic is the sportier sibling to Reynolds' minimalist Endy.

8. Joe Jarvis: Mystic Grey/Blue

Joe Jarvis started on a skateboard before switching to BMX at 13 and never looked back. He's a Federal rider with his own signature frame. His Mystic colourway is a grey frame with a blue lens, one of the more understated Mystic setups in the range. Clean, travels well, and the blue lens adds just enough personality. If you want a Mystic that reads refined rather than loud, this is the one.

9. George Ntavoutian: Mystic Tortoise/Grey

George Ntavoutian rounds out the Mystic roster with one of the most distinctive colourways in the entire Vermillion lineup. Tortoise frame, grey lens. The tortoise pattern on the Mystic's sharper angles gives it a more editorial feel. If you want something that looks like it belongs in a fashion context as much as at a skatepark, this is the pair.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Vermillion choose their signature riders?

Every Vermillion signature rider is someone who actually rides, competes, or has built a real reputation in the BMX world. The collab program covers street contest legends, all-rounders, and riders with massive reach outside the contest circuit. The goal is frames developed with people who use them, not just wear them in an ad.

What is the difference between the Endy and the Mystic?

The Endy is a classic semi-wrap silhouette: rounder, softer profile, designed for all-day wearability. Reynolds, Williams, Enarson, and Foley all ride it. The Mystic has a slightly more angular, sportier frame shape. Cranmer, Martinez, R-Willy, Jarvis, and Ntavoutian all ride the Mystic. Both frames share the same polycarbonate construction, polarized lenses, and $44.99 price point.

Are all Vermillion signature frames the same price?

Yes. Every signature pair is $44.99. No premium for the collab status or the rider's name. Same price across all nine signature colourways and the standard options.

Can I buy any of these in person?

Vermillion signature frames are available online at vermillioneyewear.com. Select colourways are also stocked at major BMX retailers including Albe's BMX and Source BMX.
