For over three decades, Hyper has built bikes for families - and off the sales floor, that same commitment shows up on race tracks, at skateparks, and in neighborhoods, putting real bikes in real kids' hands.
A bike is someone's first taste of freedom. We want every kid to get one - not just the ones who can afford it.
We're not a company that writes a check and calls it community involvement. Our team shows up in classrooms, on local tracks, and at events across the world - because getting a kid on a bike changes more than their afternoon. It changes what they think is possible.
Hyper founder Clay Goldsmid has talked about how BMX opened doors for him early on and helped him see the world - and that giving today's kids that same shot is something Hyper takes seriously - not as a marketing line, but as part of how the company operates.
Hyper is the lead industry sponsor of RISE, a USA BMX Foundation mentorship program built for kids in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This isn't just a logo - we supply the actual bikes and every participant gets one to keep.
Each session pairs riding time on the track with a STEM lesson and a mentor conversation, all built around the bike. Kids who show real promise earn a lifetime USA BMX membership, ongoing coaching, and a shot at the Grand National Championship.
We showed up in Birmingham and handed over the keys.
Hyper is a proud partner of the FISE World Series and this partnership brought us to Birmingham. Alabama, where FISE and Hyper teamed up with the local YMCA for a bike giveaway that put brand new bikes directly into local kids' hands.
No entry fee, no catch - just a crew of kids walking away with their own bike and a reason to keep riding. It's the same idea behind everything we do in the community: fewer kids on the sideline, more kids on bikes.
From the RISE track in Tulsa to the FISE grounds in Birmingham, this is what showing up for the community looks like.

From Tulsa to Birmingham, we're just getting started. This is a family business putting its money where its mouth is. Follow along to see where we show up next.
